I'll set up a time to come and see your home in person. This is your opportunity to share with me why you're moving, and anything we should know about your home to price it competitively. Then, i'll talk through what you can expect at every step so that you'll always be prepared for what's next.
Now that we're on the same team…
I'll talk through whether or not anything in your home should be updated. I'll be happy to help you remedy anything that needs to be fixed or refreshed in order to get you the most money for your home.

After our initial consult, i'll send you the contract to sign. Once you confirm that the price is right, i'll do my thing. I'll bring in the top professionals in Simcoe to stage and photograph your home so that i can advertise it to my wide network of qualified buyers. I'll make your home look so good that once you see the photos, you might question whether you actually want to sell!
Tell me when to go live, boss
I'll put your home on the market on your timeline. Ideally i'd like to have a few days in between our initial consult and the Go Live date to get my professional stager and photographer in your home. But whenever you want to put your home on the market, just say the word and i'll make it happen.
